G-Si provides both  OTJ  (on the job) and classroom training as well as Mentoring.  We can run classes either at our training facility, your location or other off-site location.    Our  OTJ  training is especially useful as it takes learning out of a vacuum and relates it to your work situation (and maybe help resolve some problems at the same time!).  We are old school and will train you to make the most of your software efficiently, while keeping it simple both for the developer and the end-user. 

Our goal for training is NOT to sell you software.  We expect you to be functional in the tool that you train in by the end of class and be able to 'hit the ground running.'

G-Si also provides full service, expert, professional Consulting in all areas noted with tasks ranging from architecture and design to project planning to hands on  'get the job done' work.

Please note that our 'Special Topics / Advanced Reporting' class is TRULY that - it is assumed anyone that takes that class will have been using Cognos8 Report Studio, Crystal Reports and Cognos ReportNet Report Studio on an in-depth basis (20+ hrs / week for 4-6 months) and some familiarity with tables and joins.
